Fried Biscuts

Have you ever had Fried Biscuits?? Can I say AWESOME!!

Just got back from a family reunion in Indiana and one of the places we had dinner was Huber Farms (http://www.joehubers.com/). Well when I got home I found my Huber Farm cookbook I bought back in 1990 and it had the recipe for the fried biscuits. I have not made the recipe , but I did experiment with frozen (I let them defrost 1st) and canned biscuits. The frozen came awful close to the flavor. I did not like the canned ones. The recipe is more of a sweet biscuit.

My Husband's book

My husband final finished his book and has it publised now.
He has been working on this book for some time. Over the Christmas holiday he really felt lead to finish the book and here it is. I am very proud of him. It is a powerful subject, but it is written in very understandable working - plus it has no fluff.

Newest Member of the Family

Here is the newest member of the family.
She arrived on April 18, 2010. This is Sydney, daughter of Tim & Kristen, Granddaughter to Patti (my sister).
So for Patti she is #8 - 6 boys and 2 girls. For Mom this is #14 - 12 boys and 2 girls. Number #15 is due later this year and is boy.

I fell in Love with this photo of my Mother's hand being held by her newest Great-Grandchild Jonathan.

The Newest member of the Wells Family.

I am a Great Aunt for the 13th time (14 & 15 will arrive later this year). I have 1 great niece and 12 great nephews now.

He arrived yesterday. His parent’s photo is a couple posting back while he was still inside where it was safe and warm.

His name is Jonathan Ricky Wells Jonathon is after his Uncle Jonathon who passed away about 8 years ago. Ricky is after his Nonno (Grandpa) and his initials are JRW which was my father’s initials.

I did this layout for them because they live in Colorado and I live in Georgia. Quick present and no postage!
